Iqra Kanwal and Rajab Butt are called in the instance of online gambling advertising.

In connection with an investigation into the promotion of online gambling and betting applications, the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has formally sent letters to a number of well-known YouTubers and social media celebrities.
Official documents state that influencers Muhammad Anas Ali and Iqra Kanwal, as well as YouTuber Rajab Butt, have been ordered to appear before the cybercrime agency on September 9. Earlier this week, written letters calling them in for interrogation were sent.
The focus of the investigation is Rajab Butt, one of the most popular YouTubers in the nation. He has been charged by the NCCIA with:
urging young people to spend money on gaming apps that operate online.
promoting trading and betting apps on his social media channels.
creating a well-planned plan to defraud individuals and steal their hard-earned money.
According to the official notification, if he didn’t show up, it would be assumed that he had “nothing to present or state in his defense.”
Legal protection
Barrister Mian Ali Ashfaq, the attorney for Rajab Butt, stated that their firm will represent his client. The deadline for submitting a thorough written response is September 9.
Ashfaq continued, “Rajab Butt will fully defend himself in accordance with the law, and his case is being reviewed from all aspects.”
This summons comes after Saad-ur-Rehman, also known as Ducky Bhai, a well-known YouTuber, was arrested at Lahore Airport last month. After the NCCIA filed a complaint against him for promoting gambling and betting applications, he was placed under arrest.
Since then, Ducky Bhai has stayed under arrest. In addition to accusing him of posting pornographic material on social media, investigators prolonged his physical remand for a further three days on Thursday.
