MQM Pakistan Chairman Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, who is presently in China, spoke with Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tessori over the phone on Wednesday.

They were really concerned about the water issue that arose in Karachi as a result of recent rainfall during the conversation.

The governor of Sindh stated that the current state of affairs is quite critical and instructed all elected officials to stay in their respective districts and provide the people with all the assistance they can. No one will be left alone during this trying period, he underlined.

Tessori also gave the relevant authorities instructions to expedite relief efforts in the impacted areas, move people to secure locations, and guarantee the prompt delivery of meals, drinking water, and other necessities.

The governor of Sindh declared that the administration supports the populace and will do everything in its power to help them.
