The PTI founder’s request to stop the FIA, police, and NAB from acting is scheduled for hearing.

Imran Khan, the founder of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and a former prime minister, filed a suit to stop the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), police, and National Accountability Bureau (NAB) from acting.
The PTI founder’s appeal will be heard by Islamabad High Court (IHC) Justice Muhammad Azam Khan today (Thursday).
The petition was submitted on May 6, 2023, by Imran Khan, the founder of the PTI. The next hearing will be held today following the first one.
The case was put on the “No-Scope List” on December 20 after the initial hearing, which took place on October 17, 2023.
