Pakistan’s gold price plummets on September 11, 2025

Gold prices fell sharply in Pakistan and around the world a day after holding their record high.
The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association reports that the price of 24-karat gold per tola dropped by Rs4,100 on Thursday, closing at Rs384,000. In a similar vein, 10 grams of gold now cost Rs329,218 after falling Rs3,515.
There was also a shift in the global gold market, as the price of gold fell by $36 to $3,618 per ounce.
Similar trends were observed in the price of silver in Pakistan, where a tola of 24-karat silver dropped by Rs32 to Rs4,326.
