North Waziristan is under a two-day curfew.

For security considerations, District North Waziristan in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been placed under a two-day curfew.
The Deputy Commissioner’s notification states that the curfew will continue to be in force on Saturday and Sunday, when all forms of movement are absolutely forbidden.
All shops and commercial districts in North Waziristan will be closed during the curfew, according to the announcement, and those who disobey it would face severe legal repercussions.
The district government has encouraged residents to stay indoors and refrain from using the roads after curfew was implemented. Additionally, the administration has asked for cooperation from the general people during the curfew hours.
