To enhance government performance monitoring, PM Shehbaz establishes a committee.
According to a formal announcement released on Wednesday, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has formed a high-level committee to enhance the government’s performance rating system.
The Finance Minister is designated as the committee’s convener, and it is made up of senior officials and federal ministers. The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Chairman, the Minister of Energy, and the Minister of Climate Change are among the other members.
A standardized evaluation and feedback system for federal institutions will be developed by the performance committee, which will also examine the results of the current FBR framework.
Within 30 days, the committee is supposed to deliver its findings to the prime minister.
