PTI founder Bushra Bibi’s acquittal appeals will be heard by IHC today.
Imran Khan, the founder of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), and his spouse are seeking an early hearing on acquittal pleas in the Toshakhana-II case. The Islamabad High Court (IHC) will consider their various motions today (Friday).
The case shall be heard by Justice Raja Inaam Ameen Minhas. Bushra Bibi and the founder of the PTI had previously had their acquittal pleas denied by Special Judge Central.
Before the top court, the accused have contested the ruling.
