US President Donald Trump is a peace advocate who seeks to bring about world peace, according to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif told reporters in New York that President Trump discussed his peace initiatives during his speech to the UN General Assembly.

He emphasized that the ceasefire between India and Pakistan was made possible in large part by President Trump and his administration. “We sincerely thank President Trump from the depths of our hearts,” he said.

Shehbaz Sharif also met with Karl Christian Stocker, the chancellor of Austria, in New York, where they both stated their intention to deepen their collaboration in any area of shared interest.
