In the issue of the missing Baloch students, IHC summons PM Kakar on February 19.
In a lawsuit concerning the non-recovery of Baloch students, the Islamabad High Court called interim Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar in person on Tuesday.
Hearings on the non-recovery of Baloch students were held by the IHC. The case was heard by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani.
Assistant Attorney General Usman Ghumman asked the court to delay the case during the case’s hearings, but the judge denied his motion when he informed the court that the attorney general was not accessible.
The advocate general stated at the beginning of the session that they required more time to review the matter.
Judge Kayani responded to it by saying, “I have exercised restraint and have not called both DGs (director generals) to court. On Monday at 10 a.m., the acting prime minister is expected to appear in court.
Justice Kayani went on to say that anybody responsible for forced disappearances need to be executed. He argued that anyone responsible for these disappearances need to get two death sentences.
Afterwards, the court postponed the case’s hearing to February 19 while personally calling the interim PM on Monday at 10 a.m.
