The USS Vane E. Meyer, a US Navy vessel, has arrived at Karachi Port.

The USS Vane E. Meyer, a US Navy vessel, docked in Karachi Port on Thursday for a two-day tour.

The ISPR reported that senior officials of the Pakistan Navy, accompanied by the US chargé d’affaires and diplomatic personnel, met the ship at the port.

The objective of the tour is to enhance professional relations between the two naval forces.

A collaborative exercise will take place between the US Navy and the Pakistan Navy, and the arrival of the US vessel will enhance cooperative initiatives for regional peace.
