ECP retracts the NA-128 candidate’s win notice.

The announcement of IPP candidate Aun Chaudhry’s win from NA-128 has been retracted by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).

Chief Justice Aamir Farooq of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) was notified by ECP DG Law that ECP has revoked the announcement of Aun Ch’s win.

Since Salman Akram Raja’s application is still pending at the ECP, the court instructed his attorney to contact the ECP.

Law DG stated, “ECP will decide after hearing Salman Akram Raja’s pending application.”

Following the ECP DG Law declaration, the court dismissed Salman Akram Raja’s motion.

“The notification has been withdrawn due to an error made by the ECP,” DG Law informed the ECP.
