The Religious Ministry establishes guidelines for pilgrims who are ill or have passed away.

In order to help aspiring Hajj travelers, the Ministry of Religious Affairs has released a regulation for registered pilgrims who become ill or pass away after registering.
According to the policy, a registered person’s family may be sent for the Hajj in their place in the event of their death.
In this manner, the family’s spiritual wish is still granted and the space is guaranteed not to be unused.
The registered person may also designate another person in accordance with the guidelines if they are unwilling to perform the Hajj pilgrimage for whatever reason.
Furthermore, under the new regulation, any individual, male or female, who is unable to perform the Hajj due to limitations, has the complete right to withdraw the money that was placed.
According to the ministry, the individual must, however, provide a good explanation for the money withdrawal and explain his compulsion.
According to the religious ministry, if a registered pilgrim passes away or becomes unwell, they must present official documentation of their condition.
In addition, the Ministry stated that pilgrims who are not making the Hajj voyage for any reason must fill out a stamp paper with their justification.
