Utility stores stay open later during Ramadan.
According to sources within the company, this choice was made in accordance with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s directives as part of the relief effort during Ramadan.
According to the new directions, utility stores will stay open until 10 pm after Iftar, giving customers extra time to buy groceries and necessities.
Utility shops have also instructed zonal and general managers to guarantee the prompt execution of these measures. Additionally, utility stores will offer a daily Iftar allowance of Rs 500 till the end of the month as a sign of solidarity for employees who observe fasts.
