PTI chooses to hold today’s KP Assembly meeting in order to choose a new chief minister.

In order to elect a new chief minister, the leadership of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has decided to call a meeting of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly for today (Saturday).
Today (Saturday), the assembly session is set to begin at 3:00 p.m. The top PTI leadership met at the Speaker’s House and decided to call a session of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly.
A number of options were addressed during the meeting, including talks on the potential presentation of a resolution of no-confidence against Ali Amin Gandapur.
PTI leader Asad Qaiser claims that all legal procedures necessary for the incoming Chief Minister’s election will be properly followed.
