The founder of PTI has been cleared of charges in two separate cases.

The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder was acquitted on two criminal counts by the district and session court on Tuesday.

Judge Shaista Kundi granted the PTI founder’s request for exoneration in the instances of the lengthy march and vandalism, which were filed by the Sihala and Lohi Bher police.

Advocate Naeem Panjutha contended in court that all the cases against the former chief of PTI were predicated on conjecture regarding his intentions. Multiple instances were recorded during a 24-hour period.

Often, there are instances where no witnesses are present, and no statements from witnesses are recorded. In certain instances, the plaintiff may be a SHO (Station House Officer) who lacks the jurisdiction to initiate legal proceedings.

The court inquired with the attorney about the PTI founder’s acquittal in any case. The lawyer responded affirmatively.

Afterward, the court cleared the PTI leader of any wrongdoing in two cases.
