CM of Punjab approves low-income housing program

This was decided in a meeting chaired by Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz in Lahore today. The Punjab chief executive directed housing plan site selection officials in Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Sargodha, and Rawalpindi at the meeting.

In picking sites for low-income housing initiatives in the province’s six cities, the Punjab CM also ordered officials to ensure mass facilitation.

After becoming Punjab’s first female CM, Maryam Nawaz launched Ramazan Nigehban, E-bikes on installments, and other mass projects.
On March 18, Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif approved the metro bus project in three cities.

While chairing a Lahore meeting, she approved. PML-N leader Muhammad Nawaz Sharif attended the gathering.

The meeting evaluated Lahore transport developments. The CM also requested a Lahore subterranean train proposal.
