While going from Gilgit to Skardu, four visitors disappear.

According to their relatives, more than four visitors from Punjab’s Gujrat region vanished while journeying from Gilgit to Skardu.

A few days prior, they had arrived in Gilgit and Hunza in a white Honda Civic with the license plate ANE 805 on it.

Suleman, Asif Shehzad, Umar Ehsan, and Usman have been identified as the missing persons.

When the visitors left Gilgit for Skardu on the evening of May 15, they had their last communication with their families.

Their relatives attested that the last phone conversation took place close to the Danyor region.

His family had been told by one of the missing that they were going to Skardu.

On the morning of May 16, they had departed for Skardu after spending the night at Mohsin Lodge.

They haven’t contacted any friends or family since, and their cell phones have stayed turned off.

The vehicle did not, according to the authorities, pass past any of the route’s security checkpoints.

Police have increased the scope of the search, according to Zahoor Ahmed, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Gilgit.

Authorities have notified the Special Branch, local police stations, and all checkpoints along the Gilgit-Skardu highway, but they have not yet discovered any clues.

According to police sources, the car was not found despite checks at several locations, including the Dambudas checkpoint.

Friends and family have made a public appeal for assistance, asking anyone with information on the missing tourists or their car to call the numbers listed or the closest police station right away.

The chief minister of Gilgit-Baltistan and other senior officials have also been urged by one of the fathers to step in and help with the search.
