The court has not yet rendered a decision regarding Parvez Elahi’s appeal of acquittal in the money laundering case.

Regarding Chaudhry Parvez Elahi’s acquittal request in the FIA money laundering case, the Special Central Court in Lahore has not yet rendered a decision. On October 25, the decision will be made public.

In a written ruling from the prior hearing, Special Central Court Judge Muhammad Arif Khan Niazi declared that Elahi’s one-day appearance exemption had been approved.

According to the written order, the accused’s request for an exemption was supported by a certified medical assessment from Services Hospital that recommended rest.

The order states that the new application contained all required medical documentation, despite the special prosecutor’s objection at the prior hearing that the earlier exemption request lacked medical prescriptions.

According to the court, all parties have finished their arguments about Elahi’s acquittal plea, and the decision will be made on October 25.
