The ICAO team begins the Pakistani CAA’s safety audit.

Many facets of the CAA’s operations, including flying standards, licensing, aeromedical, aerospace, and airport safety, are expected to be examined by the audit, which got underway today, according to sources.

Flight safety, licensing, and aeromedical, among other sections of the CAA, will all be thoroughly inspected by the ICAO team.

On June 13, the audit is scheduled to end.

The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) 2023 goals were exceeded by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) of Karachi earlier on April 29, in an incredible feat of achievement.

Reaching the ICAO 2030 benchmark, the CAA outperformed the 2023 goals with remarkable speed.

The ICAO conducted an audit that lasted six days at the headquarters of the CAA and four days at Jinnah International Airport in Karachi. The audit covered a number of important areas related to aviation security, including protocols for FIA immigration, passport issuance, airport security, passenger screening, entry control, cargo handling, perimeter security, and overall aviation auditing.

Pakistan has proven its steadfast dedication to raising aviation security standards by meeting and exceeding the ICAO 2023 targets.
