According to specifics, the province of Sindh saw rain and thunderstorms in Larkana, Shikarpur, Shahdakot, Jacobabad, and other areas.

The Sukkur Electric Supply Company’s (SEPCO) 40 feeders tripped due to heavy rain in Larkana, severely disrupting the area’s electrical supply infrastructure. Rainwater submerges the low-lying parts of Larkana.

Separately, dusty winds on Thursday saw a substantial drop in temperature, making the weather comfortable in Lahore.

Lahore’s temperature was predicted to range from a minimum of 28 degrees to a maximum of 38 degrees.

Lahoris looked forward to cooler weather and possibly thunderstorms, which would provide a break from the city’s usual sweltering summer heat. There was much-needed respite from the heat thanks to the strong winds and possible rain.
