Today, there could be rain and strong winds in Karachi.

While it’s hot and humid along the shore, the majority of Sindh’s districts are facing record-breaking heat.

In Hyderabad, Thatta, Karachi, Badin, and Sujawal districts, the Met Office has predicted thunderstorms and rain showers.

This afternoon and evening, there is a good chance of precipitation in the suburbs of Karachi.

Conditions grew hotter and more muggy on Wednesday as a dust storm passed through portions of Karachi.

Expect rain and thunderstorms in the evening or nighttime in the eastern districts of Sindh, including Mithi, Thar Parkar, Umarkot, Sanghar, and Mirpur Khas.

Climate specialists have reported that the present weather pattern is being influenced by a low-pressure system situated south of Gujarat, India. “This system has the potential to bring with it thunderstorms and rainfall.”

Also, according to the PMD, Pakistan’s east and south are being penetrated by moist currents from the Bay of Bengal and Arabian Sea. On Thursday, it is anticipated that these currents would move up the country, bringing with them strong winds and thundershowers to Sindh and other provinces.
