15 bodies discovered under scorching heat in Karachi
The dead were discovered in several neighborhoods of the port city, including Lyari, Korangi, Lasbela, and others, as reported by rescue personnel.

The combination of high temperatures and high humidity is intensifying the severity of the heat, since the sea winds are not providing any relief.The current temperature in the city is 35 degrees Celsius, with a “feels like” temperature of 46 degrees Celsius.
As to the Meteorological Department, the city’s humidity level stands at 68%, amplifying the intensity of the heat.
Although the city continued to experience extreme heat, there were predictions of rain accompanied by thunderstorms in specific regions.
It was reported that monsoon currents were penetrating into Sindh, potentially providing respite to certain areas. Thursday and Friday are expected to have westerly winds, which may impact the weather patterns.
The Met Office has predicted that the sea breeze is expected to return in the evening.
