“We have seen the stories in the media. Momtaz Zahra Baloch, a FO spokesperson, stated in a statement, “We are in contact with the US authorities and await further details.”
A spokesperson stated that the statements made by US officials indicating that this is an ongoing inquiry have also been noticed.
“We also need to be sure of the antecedents of the individual in question before giving our formal reaction,” she continued.
