The objection to the PTI founder’s appeal against a military trial has been removed by the IHC.
Based on the information provided, the court issued an order to the registrar’s office to assign a number to the case and requested an explanation from the federal government by September 16 respectively.
As the hearing was going on, Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb made the observation that Imran Khan is a civilian and voiced his concern at the potential of him being tried by the military.
