KP CM Gandapur requests transit bail from PHC.

In a case filed under the terrorist provisions at Police Station I-9, an Anti-terrorist Court in Islamabad had earlier issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Ali Amin Gandapur.
Gandapur was directed to appear in court after the court denied his request for pre-arrest bail.
Raja Zuhor Hasan, the attorney for Gandapur, asked the court for an exemption from his appearance, but the motion was turned down.
The prosecution contended that Gandapur had persistently broken the law, and the court noted his actions.
ARY News stated that earlier, a Session Court in Islamabad had issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Gandapur in a case involving the recovery of guns and alcohol.
Gandapur’s request for a medical exemption from appearance was denied by the court at the beginning of the session.
After hearing the case, session court judge Shaista Khan Kundi gave the Bhara Kahu police station’s SHO the order to detain Gandapur and bring him before the court the following day.
