The hearing for Bushra Bibi’s bail application in the Toshakhana-II case has been scheduled.

The case will be presided over by Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb, according to the pertinent data. When the hearing was originally scheduled, it was postponed because of the judge’s health problems. In preparation for the impending hearing, the cause list has been made public by the office of the registrar.

Regarding the matter at hand, the court has already spoken with the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) by means of a notice. In an earlier turn of events, the Special Central Judge had denied the bail request that Bushra Bibi had originally submitted.

An earlier notice was issued by the Islamabad High Court (IHC) about the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in the Toshakhana-II case that Bushra Bibi was involved in.

The appeal was heard by Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb of the International Humanitarian Court (IHC). During the beginning of the hearing, the attorney for Bushra Bibi stated that his client had been incarcerated since the 13th of July.

The attorney indicated that the bail plea was denied by the trial court, and the judge ordered the case to be transferred to the high court.

When the original hearing was over, the IHC made a note to the FIA that they were to file their response to the plea the next week.

Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi were taken into custody on July 13 in connection with a new reference to Toshakhana that was made by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB). This occurred just a few hours after they were found not guilty in the Iddat case.

Both Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi were taken into custody by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) squad, which was led by Deputy Director Mohsin Haroon.

As a result of the Islamabad district and sessions court accepting the appeals that former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his spouse Bushra Bibi had filed against their conviction in the Iddat case, this new development came about.

As a result of a trial court’s determination that the couple’s nikah was fake, the couple was given a sentence of seven years in prison and a fine of Rs500,000 each in February of this year.
