Pakistan spinners Noman Ali and Sajid Khan accomplished a remarkable achievement during their team’s commanding triumph against England in the second Test on Friday.

This marks the seventh occurrence in Test cricket history and the first since 1972 when two bowlers have collectively taken all 20 wickets. Furthermore, this marks the second occasion on which two Pakistani bowlers have claimed all 20 wickets in a Test match.

Sajid Khan initiated the wickets on the fourth day with dismissing Pope, followed by Noman, who quickly took Root (18) and Harry Brook (16), leaving England in a precarious position at 78-5 while pursuing a target of 297.

Captain Ben Stokes and Brydon Carse were formidable during their 36-run partnership for the seventh wicket when Stokes was stumped by Noman.

The English captain scored an engaging 37 runs off 32 balls, including four boundaries. Carse succumbed to Noman after accumulating 27 runs off 32 balls.

Noman secured the last two wickets in consecutive deliveries, dismissing the visitors for 144, and concluded with bowling stats of 8-46.

Sajid Khan claimed two wickets in the second innings after spearheading Pakistan’s bowling assault in the first innings with figures of 7-111.
