In the meantime, light diesel and kerosene oil have seen price reductions. The statement states that kerosene oil would now be sold for Rs 148.5 per litre, following a decrease of Rs 4.92.
For light fuel, the price has dropped by Rs 2.61 to Rs 147.51 per litre.
Earlier on October 28, as oil prices around the world declined, it was anticipated that Pakistani gasoline prices will drop much further beginning November 1.
The price of gasoline dropped by $1.5 and $2.5 per barrel on the international market, respectively.
