Today, the president of Belarus will travel to Pakistan for important bilateral negotiations.

The official visit of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko is scheduled to begin today and last until November 27 in Islamabad.

During the visit, President Lukashenko will have in-depth conversations with Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif. The two leaders will concentrate on deepening their relationship and extending their collaboration in sectors including technology, commerce, and industry.

The visit is anticipated to result in the signing of a number of agreements and memoranda of understanding, strengthening the two countries’ expanding partnership.

Many view the visit as a chance to promote economic expansion and create new opportunities for cooperation between the two nations.

Under the leadership of Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzenko, a high-level Belarusian ministerial delegation has already reached Islamabad as part of the visit. Pakistan’s ambassador to Belarus, Sajjad Haider Khan, Additional Foreign Secretary (Europe) Shafqat Ali Khan, and Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi welcomed the delegation at the airport.

This delegation, which includes Belarus’s foreign minister and important ministers from the energy, industrial, and communications sectors, highlights the wide range of topics that will be discussed.

The visiting group was warmly welcomed by Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, who said that the Pakistani government and people are excited to engage with the Belarusian leadership.

By personally inviting President Lukashenko to Pakistan, the premier emphasized the significance of this high-level diplomatic interaction.
