Taken hostage The father of the child begged the court to grant him his child back, saying, “I want my child.”
The parent of the stolen child was told by Justice Jamal Mandokhel, “We are all worried for you, and everyone will cooperate.”
The court has received a briefing from the IG Police in chamber. Justice Mandokhel informed the father, “He has briefed us on a lot of things that could not be shared with you because it will negatively affect the investigations.”
The bench went on to explain that the matter could not receive greater publicity because it would endanger the lives of the kidnapped youngster.
Baluchistan, the advocate general, asked that the Quetta protest sit-in against the child’s abduction halt. He declared, “If the protest could solve the problem, we will also sit in it.”
According to Justice Musarrat Hilali, the sit-in may be organized by NGOs, but it won’t aid in finding a solution.
Bench commented, “You don’t apply pressure but move to resolve the problem.”
“The life of the kidnapped child will be in greater danger with increased pressure,” Justice Mandokhel stated.
A full-scale walkout was seen around Quetta on Monday as demonstrations over the abduction of Muhammad Musawir, a 10-year-old boy, in Quetta grew more intense.
In order to put pressure on the government to retrieve the missing youngster, political parties, transporters, and traders called for the strike.
In the event that the government does not improve the child’s condition, protesters threatened to escalate their demonstrations.
