On Tuesday, Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan received a visit from Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah at the Governor’s House in this city.
CM Shah was welcomed with open arms when he arrived at the governor’s residence.
The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) coordination committee meeting, which was held at Punjab House in Islamabad, was also discussed.
During his remarks, Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem urged the PML-N to keep its pledges to the PPP.
He stated that in order to address the issues facing the nation, cooperation and unity are required.
The PML-N and PPP coordination committees are scheduled to meet in Lahore on December 24. The governor expressed the hope that this meeting will strengthen ties between the coalition members.
PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is a true youth leader, he added, and he predicted that the party will reclaim its lost ground in Punjab.
The governor claimed that the country has once again seen a rise in terrorism and that security force jawans are risking their lives to protect the country.
In the fight against terrorism, he honored the security forces’ martyrs.
PPP believes in using politics to improve people’s lives, especially those of the underprivileged, according to CM Syed Murad Ali Shah.
