MWM demands that these parts of Karachi continue to be off-limits to traffic.

The Karachi Traffic Police report that the following routes are presently closed because of sit-ins.

MWM protesters have fully blocked access to Numaish Chowrangi, Kamran Chowrangi, and M.A. Jinnah Road from all directions.

From Johar Mor to Johar Chowrangi, both highways are blocked by the demonstrators.

The Professor Ghufran Ahmad Road in Gulistan-e-Johar is closed between Blocks 19 and 20.

By erecting tents on the main road, the MWM demonstrators have also blocked the road near the Noor-e-Elahi Hotel at Saffora Chowrangi and the path to Rim Jhim Tower.

The traffic police posted an update stating that the Super Highway and Abu Al-Hasan Isfahani Road close to Abbas Town are also stopped.

Also closed are NIPA Road, University Road near Samama Shopping Centre, and Five Star Chowrangi.

Additionally blocked to traffic are Surjani Road and Shams-ud-Din Azimi Road, which are close to DHA Flats.

Also closed is the route from Incholi Shahrah to Sohraab Goth via e-Pakistan. Additionally closed is Nawab Sadiq Ali Khan Road, which runs from Nazimabad No. 1 to Nazimabad No. 2.

The public has been urged to stay away from these locations and use other routes by the Karachi Traffic Police. Authorities are asking commuters to have patience while they try to disperse the protestors and get traffic moving normally again.
