Matthew Miller, spokesperson for the US State Department, stated that the courts in Pakistan must adjudicate the cases against PTI founder Imran Khan.

During his weekly news briefing, Matthew Miller stated, “We do not discuss correspondences with Congress.” We urge Pakistan to guarantee the safeguarding of human rights, the implementation of democratic principles, and the supremacy of the Constitution.

The spokesperson stated that the links between the United States and Pakistan are significant concerning human rights.

The United States previously commended Pakistan’s economic changes implemented to address economic issues.

During a news briefing, US State Department spokeswoman Matthew Miller stated that the US endorses the agreement between Pakistan and the IMF.

He stated that Pakistan is implementing measures to stabilize its economy and commended the country’s economic reforms aimed at addressing economic issues.
