As operations continue, negotiations to restore peace in Kurram resume.

In an attempt to bring peace back to Kurram District, talks have restarted, and operations against criminals in particular parts of the area have also resumed.

In addition to operations, talks are being held to address Kurram’s long-standing problems, said Provincial Law Minister Aftab Alam.

It would take some time to solve the decades-old issue, he emphasized. Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur is scheduled to meet with Kurram local elders in the next several days.
