In cases involving May 9, the ATC mandates that complete challans be submitted.

In 13 instances involving the events of May 9, the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has ordered the production of full challans.

The cases were handled by ATC Rawalpindi Judge Amjad Ali Shah, and the defendants, including Zartaj Gul, Seemabia Tahir, Rashid Shafiq, and former interior minister Sheikh Rashid, appeared in court. For every accused person, just attendance was noted.

There were no proceedings the day before, and the court postponed the hearing until February 20.

The defence attorneys contended that the decision to keep the GHQ attack case apart from other May 9 cases ought to be overturned and submitted a petition calling for a joint hearing for all May 9 cases.

Sheikh Rashid exited the hearing without interacting with the media.
