On the other hand, isolated locations in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, north-east Punjab, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Kashmir are predicted to see rain, wind, and thunderstorms, which could result in snowfall over the mountains. In the morning, northern Punjab is also predicted to have light to moderate fog (in spots).

Over the past 24 hours, the majority of the country has had chilly, dry weather, with the Alps seeing extremely frigid temperatures. On Sunday, the temperature in Leh dropped to -11 degrees Celsius, making it the coldest place in the nation.
