Lahore opens a dedicated bike lane.

A dedicated motorbike lane has been constructed by the Lahore government to alleviate traffic in one of Pakistan’s largest cities.

Stretching ten kilometers, the lane is painted orange and green. The width is twelve feet. According to the correspondent at Aaj News, not everyone followed the designated lane.

The double-lane road is marked with orange, and cars must control their speed to stay in the designated green lane.

The LDA’s urban planning team has already started construction on the low-height concrete walls that divide the lanes from the main road.
