The Sindh government initiates online registration for the Benazir Hari Card.

On Tuesday, Provincial Minister for Agriculture Sardar Muhammad Bakhsh Khan Mehr inaugurated online registration for the Benazir Hari Card during a one-day agricultural show in Mirpur Mathelo.
The agriculture department has created a new modern website and application for the registration of farmers in Sindh. Currently, more than 1.5 million farmers can independently register online for the Benazir Hari Card. Farmers will no longer be required to attend the offices of the agriculture department or revenue officials; they can register on the website: www.benazirharicard.gos.pk with their documentation.
The provincial minister declared that the Sindh government will establish an Agriculture University in Ghotki district. He underscored that the university will draw students from other provinces as well.
He stated that through the Benazir Hari Card, farmers will receive subsidies on seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and modern agricultural machinery. The card will also provide crop insurance, interest-free loans, and financial assistance in case of agricultural disasters.
