To strengthen the economy, the PML-N revives the CPEC and ML-1 Project: Hanif Abbasi

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has revitalized the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) with a clear vision and hard effort, according to Federal Railway Minister Hanif Abbasi on Sunday. He said that the former Pakistan Tehreek-e-insaf (PTI) government abruptly halted CPEC in an interview with a private news channel. He asserted that PTI put a stop to all projects that could boost the economy. He said that nine industrial zones are being created as part of CPEC’s rehabilitation, signaling the start of the industrial revolution. The minister went on to say that ML-1 will enable Pakistan to fully benefit from its position in regional economic corridors, resulting in sustained economic growth and stability. In response to a question concerning railway problems, he stated that Pakistan Railways has a lot of potential that would be utilized to address obstacles and transform them into possibilities. He went on to say that efficient policies will be used to handle problems including train timetables, rates, freight services, and encroached railway land.
