The nephew of Imran Khan was released from Kot Lakhpat Jail.

Shahrez, the nephew of Imran Khan, the founder of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), and the son of Aleema Khan, was released from Kot Lakhpat Jail today after his bail in the Jinnah House attack case was granted by the Lahore Anti-Terrorism Court.
Shahrez’s surety bond was submitted earlier in the day, and this action comes after that.
Yesterday, the court granted the bail plea, enabling him instant release after all formalities were finished.
Judge Manzar Ali Gul of the Anti-Terrorism Court in Lahore examined the bail request. The judge granted the application after giving it careful thought, establishing the terms for Shahrez’s release.
Shahrez’s surety, which was turned in earlier today, complied with all court requirements. With this, Kot Lakhpat jail officials executed his release, formally terminating his incarceration.
