A delegation from Rwanda pays a visit to Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber.

At Air Headquarters in Islamabad, Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, Chief of the Air Staff of the Pakistan Air Force, was visited by a high-level defense team from the Republic of Rwanda, led by Lieutenant General Jean Jacques Mupenzi, Chief of Staff of the Rawandan Air Force.
Lieutenant General Jean Jacques Mupenzi was given the Guard of Honour by a well-groomed Pakistan Air Force personnel upon his arrival, according to an ISPR news release.
The Chief of the Air Staff gave an update on the Pakistan Air Force’s operational construct, force goals, and force structure plans during the conference, with a particular emphasis on future warfare.
The PAF’s steadfast commitment to helping the Rwandan Air Force improve its operational training, maintenance standards, and personnel resources was reaffirmed by the Air Chief.
The multi-domain capabilities, modernized infrastructure, and professional training standards of the Pakistan Air Force have been praised by Lieutenant General Jean Jacques Mupenzi. He stated that air forces might learn from the PAF’s dedication to military aviation innovation and performance.
In order to address today’s security concerns, the Rwandan Air Chief emphasized the necessity of a significant overhaul and cooperation to improve the Air Force’s capabilities with support from the PAF.
The visiting dignitary also stated that he was very interested in partnering with the Pakistan Air Force to provide extensive training programs for Rwandan Air Force ground personnel technical training and aircrew basic training.
A thorough briefing on the PAF’s operational capabilities was provided to the group during their visits to the PAF Cyber Command and the National ISR & Integrated Air Operations Centre.
The fact that Lieutenant General Jean Jacques Mupenzi visited Air Headquarters in Islamabad shows how eager the Rwandan side is to reorganize their Air Force by leveraging the professional experience of the Pakistan Air Force.
