Advancement of tribal solidarity and togetherness is essential for the development of Balochistan.

On Wednesday, Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti stated that the advancement of tribal solidarity and consensus is essential for the region’s development and prosperity.

He stated this on his visit to Sui, where he participated in the peace Jirga of the Bugti tribes.

On this occasion, the chief minister amicably settled the violent war between the Masoori and Kalpar Hotkani tribes that had persisted for 15 years. Consequently, due to the persistent animosity between the two factions, approximately 10 individuals have perished.

During the peace Jirga, the parties conferred full authority for reconciliation upon Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti.

The Chief Minister has effectively facilitated a peace accord, alleviating tensions between the factions. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was executed, signifying a new phase of collaboration. The milestone was commemorated with prayers, and the parties reconciled, setting aside their previous disputes.

The Chief Minister of Balochistan, Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, stated during his address that permanent peace in Balochistan might be achieved by resolving tribal issues.

He stated that the aspiration for development is unattainable without peace and harmony and that resolving animosity constitutes the highest kind of charity. The Chief Minister stated that peace between the two factions of the Bugti tribes would usher in a new period of prosperity.

He emphasized that the objective of unifying all tribes for peace and stability in Balochistan will persist.
