Ali Amin Gandapur’s non-bailable arrest warrants are suspended by the ATC.
In relation to a case filed in Hassan Abdal, the Anti-Terrorism Court has suspended non-bailable arrest warrants issued against Ali Amin Gandapur, the chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Gandapur’s attorney, Muhammad Faisal Malik, filed a petition that resulted in the warrants being suspended. Arson and vandalism allegations are at issue in this case.
The petition contended that Ali Amin Gandapur had already been granted bail by the Peshawar High Court in all of the cases that were brought against him. The attorney also presented the court with the Peshawar High Court’s ruling.
The court responded by halting the arrest orders and stopping the declaration of Ali Amin Gandapur as a proclaimed offender.
