Aliya Hamza, a member of the PTI, has filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) seeking protective bail.
According to the information provided, a request for release on bail was submitted to the Islamabad High Court (IHC) for the cases that were filed in Faisalabad and Sargodha.
The PTI leader requested the court to promptly consider the appeal for her protective bail today.
Aliya Hamza, a leader of the PTI, was recently released from incarceration in Gujranwala.
Aliya Hamza, the individual implicated in the May 9 case, was released on bail by a sessions court in Gujranwala on July 31. After the trial court received surety bonds worth Rs 50,000 and issued a release order, she was set free.
Following her release, the PTI leader departed from the prison and headed towards her apartment. The PTI leader was detained again on June 6 in a separate case related to the May 9 violence, after being granted bail by an Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in a similar case.
The authorities have stated that Aliya Hamza is being sought by the Gujranwala police in connection with a violent incident that occurred on May 9th.
