Arrest warrants in the liquor and arms recovery case have been issued for KP CM Gandapur.

In the liquor and arms recovery case, the District and Sessions Court in Islamabad issued arrest warrants for Ali Amin Gandapur, the chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, on Wednesday.

The lawsuit against Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur was heard by Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan Chishti in the District and Sessions Court in Islamabad.

On September 17, Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan Chishti ordered Ali Amin Gandapur to be arrested and brought before the court because the KP CM did not attend with a representation.

Notably, the Bara Kahu Police Station in Islamabad is where the charge against Ali Amin Gandapur was filed.
