As the flood situation deteriorates, Fazl cancels the Mardan and Dir rallies.

JUI-F, or Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-F The current flood scenario in parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has prompted Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman to postpone his planned political rallies in Mardan and Dir.
Speaking to reporters in Dera Ismail Khan, Fazl voiced grave worries about the province’s escalating governance issue. “Those who are expected to pull the region out of crises are themselves trapped in them,” he said.
He claimed that the goal of public gatherings was to educate the populace about the dire circumstances that exist right now.
However, the scheduled protests in Dir and Mardan have been cancelled because of the flooding.
Additionally, he said that on October 16, the “Mufti Mehmood Conference” will be held in Dera Ismail Khan.
The leader of the JUI-F promised that his party would not desert the populace in these difficult times.
He said, “The public deserves to know the truth, but we don’t seek confrontation.” “Khyber Pakhtunkhwa shows no signs of governance; corruption and lawlessness are at an all-time high,” Fazl continued.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman claimed that the state is in charge of maintaining peace and blamed it for the worsening security conditions in Swat and Bajaur. People from Bajaur, Waziristan, and Swat are being compelled to relocate. Despite their efforts, state institutions are falling short.
He cautioned that terrorists have become so powerful that they are now openly opposing the institutions of the state. “JUI-F will continue playing its role in upholding Islam and resolving public issues,” he stated, restating his party’s pledge.
