Azma criticizes Parvez Elahi for comments regarding the Gujrat disaster.

Punjab Information Minister Azma Bokhari stated that Parvez Elahi’s remarks regarding flooding in Gujrat constitute a self-incriminating indictment.

In a statement released from the province capital, Azma Bokhari responded to Parvez Elahi’s remarks, asserting that people who have engaged in politics under the banner of Gujarat for 30 years have failed to rectify the city’s sewage system.

She stated that a week following the drainage of Gujarat’s water, Parvez Elahi regained his composure. The former Chief Minister’s statement concerning Gujarat constitutes an indictment against himself.

The Punjab Information Minister stated, “Chaudhry Sab, the populace is acutely cognizant of your government’s corruption and nepotism.” Gujrat deteriorated due to your white paper initiatives.

Azma Bokhari stated, “In Gujrat, those who plundered under the guise of development projects are mocking us with what countenance?” Maryam Nawaz successfully alleviated Gujrat from flooding within three days. The PML-N government successfully broadened the scope of 1122.

She stated that efforts are underway on both long-term and short-term initiatives to safeguard the public from future floodwaters.

The minister stated that the public is enduring significant hardship, hence urging assistance for the government in flood-affected regions.
