Bahrain and Pakistan decide to strengthen their military relations.

At Joint Staff Headquarters in Rawalpindi, Bahrain National Guard Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Shaikh Abdulaziz Saud Mubarak Al-Khalifa paid a visit to General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee.

According to a statement from Inter Services Public Relations, both military chiefs talked on the changing regional climate and associated security concerns during the meeting.

They also stressed expanding the breadth and depth of the two nations’ current bilateral military cooperation and engagements.

The visiting dignitary recognized the sacrifices made by the Pakistani Armed Forces in the fight against terrorism and praised their professionalism.
