About the roles
- Making outbound calls to existing accounts with the objective to engage with customers, discover their business needs, and upsell products and services.
- Address concerns and provide best-in-class customer experience.
- Work towards achievable targets and KPIs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced level English proficiency.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institute.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support or sales dealing with international clients.
- Excellent digital literacy and knowledge of CRMs, MS Office, and G-suite.
- Background in the BPO industry is desirable.
