During Ramadan, medical professionals recommend eating in moderation.
Asrarul Haq, the chief of the medical department at Mayo Hospital, has advised against eating a lot of pakoras, kachoris, and samosas. He suggests fried meals since it raises the risk of complex disorders.
In addition, he said that Iftar should be regarded as dinner and Sehr as morning. He said, “The food that is consumed for these meals throughout the year should be maintained.”
“You may avoid going to the hospital during Ramadan if you avoid fried food. Eating bad meals from outside will cause you to visit hospitals, the expert said, as well as interfere with your prayer life.
In addition, he suggested that water, fruits, and fresh juices be consumed for both Sehr and Iftar, and that dinner be consumed during Iftar rather thanmaking extra arrangements.
